On November 29, the Media Action Grassroots Network (MAG-Net) hosted a Media Justice Salon, Abolition in the Digital Age.

Guest speakers Mariame Kaba of Project NIA, Ricardo Levins Morales of MPD150 and Hamid Khan of Stop LAPD Spying Coalition discussed abolitionist organizing to end the prison-industrial complex.

Together, we learned how to fight law enforcement’s expanding power, including the development of new policing and surveillance technology.
